That's what happens to countries that allow terrorists to train suicide bombers and build missiles to attack democracies. There was a huge no. of terrorists in Lebanon. They had to be taken out.
Was it allright to try to destroy Israel? Israel tried in every way possible to live peacefully with its neighbors. They are surrounded on all sides with countries that harbor terrorists. From the day Israel was established, the attacks began. The Israelis even bulldozed their own settlements and gave the land to the Arabs, but nothing short of the annihilation of Israel would satisfy them. The suicide bombers got on Israeli school buses and went into the market places. Missiles were aimed at resorts and cities and hundreds more were poised on the border. Israel even built a wall but it didn't keep the terrorists out. When 2 soldiers were kidnapped, Israel had enough. The did what the US should be doing; they went after the terrorist's headquarters and training grounds. These are the same terrorists that attacked us on 9/11 and have attacked Britain, India and other countries. Israel is the only ally of the US in the Middle East and the only democracy in the region. They have a right to defend themselves.

The blame lies first with Hezbollah.
Until 9-11 they where the most deadly terrorist organization, in the middle east.
Israel gave up all of the Gaza strip and 95% of the west bank. Under the understanding of piece. Hezbollah used the land that was given back to them to stage the attacks and kidnappings which started this conflict, and you have the sh!t brained idea that Israel should just go far enough to stop them but not prevent future attacks?
It is regrettable that children die, they have in all world conflicts and they will continue to until the appeasers and terrorist sympathizers are shut up and the terrorists are KILLED... They do not negotiate, they never have and they never will.
Second to the fault of Hezbollah is the fault of the people that drag this bull sh!t out for the last 40 years by saying "if we give them what they want they will be nice"
GROW UP!!!!! YOU ARE AT MORE FAULT THAN ISRAEL AND THE WEST. I HOPE YOU SEE THESE CHILDREN AND ALL THE ISRAELI CHILDREN THAT DIED AT THE TERRORISTS HANDS BY THEIR SUICIDE BOMBERS AND THEIR IRANIAN ROCKETS EVERY DAY FOR THE REST OF YOUR USELESS LIFE!!! I

If I lived with a terrorist organization and I really cared about piece and harmony I wouldn't sit back and watch them start a conflict with the civilians of the most powerful country in the region, and if i couldn't do anything about it I would go far far away. If didn't do that and my child died it would be MY fault not yours not Israels not the Wests. nobodies but mine. When will people get the idea that there are consequences for our actions we cant always blame everyone else.

Hezbollah is bankrolled by the country that said they want Israel wiped off the face of the earth.. Get real put this into context.

Hezbollah is showing them HELL on earth. they shot down 3 helicopters and today only 5 tanks, 5 dead and 25 wounded!!!
