Skin condition in pregnancy:
melasma (brown patches on face)
acne
stretch marks
varicose veins showing through skin
linea negra (dark line from navel to groin common in brunettes)
moles may darken

You can. It all depends on the person, your hormones are all out of wack and no one woman is the same. Some have acne, some have dry skin. Not all women "glow". This is all just your face. I don't want to scare you. But if you want to know more ask an OB or read a pregnancy book, some come with neat journals inside.

During pregnancy, anything can happen. Some distinct ones are the "pregnancy mask" where the skin darkens around the eyes and edges of the face, pimples or acne are common.

I got really bad acne at the beginning of my pregnancy - it slowed down towards the middle, but got worse again towards the end. I thought I looked horrible, but no one else seemed to notice. And of course you get those horrible stretch marks. Oh well, it's really all worth it when you see that beautiful baby looking back at you.

Yes, I did. My skin dried out really bad especially on my face. It's due to the nutrician (vitamins) going to the baby. Some people get dry patches, or extreme redness.

I broke out horribly in the begining but now my skin is clearer then it has ever been. My freakles stand out a lot more but I think I look healthier.

i developed a skin condition while pregs with my son i developed white spota all over my arms ad legs these spots wont tan or anything doctor said it would go away but it never did my son will be 2 in august

It all depends on the person. Some people can break out with bumps and some with rashes. Somes people dont break out at all
