Probably not normal, although you may just have very sensitive skin. You might want to have it checked by a doctor, in case it is not a mosquito but another type of bug bite that might be dangerous. You might just need antibiotics.

No, it is not normal... Probably you have an allergic reaction to the mosquito bite. Try to take some benadryl and put an anti allergic cream in the affected area.
After 3 days of this treatment, if your arm still hurts, go to the Doctor.

You need to get to a doctor, especially if there is swelling.
If there is, put an ice pack on it, and get to a doctor.
You've heard of West Nile Disease, right?
