Love is the stage after infatuation. Infatuation is when natural chemicals are released throughout your body. One of these chemicals is Dopemine which is an actual drug but, in this case, is made by your body and released into your body. The other chemical is made from endorphins. These chemicals, surprisingly :-P , make you "crazy" to where you THINK you are in love but actually these chemicals, or hormones, are causing you to put this person as the center of "your universe". You also are just in the physical/ emotional attachment stage at this point.
Love is when you finally pass infatuation. your partner puts your needs first; you put his/hers first. they are the center of your universe but, in a different way. You are out to please him/ her not yourself. he/ she is there to please you.
