THERE IS THIS GUY THAT CALLS AT MIDNIGHT AND HE CALLS PRIVATE BUT HE DONT ANSWER HE JUST STAYS THEIR I ASK HIM A QUESTION THEN TELL HIM IF THE ANSWER IS YES PRESS YOUR PHONE ONCE AND IF THE ABSWER IS NO THEN PRESS TWICE AND HE DOES BUT THEN LATER HE PUTS A LOVE SONG AND I ASKED HIM DO YOU LOVE ME TAHT MUCH AND I TOLD HIM THO PRESS ONCE FOR YES AND TWICE FOR NO AND HE PRESSED ONCE FOR YES THEN I ASKED IF WE HAD GONE OUT BEFORE AND HE PRESSED ONCE FOR YES ALSO SO DOES THIS MEAN THAT ONE OF MY EX'S STILL LOVES ME

I think it means he needs to use a TTY connection. If he can only press buttons, certainly he is unable to talk.

If I were you I would get a whistle and when he or SHE calls blow it really hard. They are playing games with you cuz if they did really care they would talk.
