Yes, Does your phone support .wav or .midi files???
Check out www.nextpimp.com that website offers totally free rintones, (i recommend doing a search by artist or song name, the results will be MUCH better) however you'll still need a means of putting them on the phone.. Check out this producthttp://www.yesofcourse.com/index.asp?PageAction=PRODSEARCH&txtSearch=yocdatakit&Page=1
I use this myself, it does a lot more than ringtones, I use it for my MP3's also to manage my contacts, video , wallpapers.. it's well worth the 35 bucks.. if you dont see the one for your phone give them a call..but.. netpimp.com is the way to go for ringtones, send me a message if you need more help or are interested in that software.... hope I helped

well there are two possibilites:
1. you have a phone that supports a removable memory card so you can store your ringers on that and transfer them to the phone,
2. or, if you are willing to pay a really small fee, you can go to freeringers.net and pay only $7.99 and get unlimited ringers and wallpapers forever. you don't ever have to pay again. plus, some songs that you want as your ringer aren't even out there, so with this you can have any song in the world as your ringer. it gives you the software to convert the songs into ringers and you send them to your phone.
hope this helps.
