actually men loose sperm when they pee if they havent masterbated or had sex in a while. its a cleaning out of the tubes type function the body does.
also when men get really aroused they do have pre ***. a small amount of sperm that is emited out to prepare for the full load.
I dunno how much you know about this subject but if he's telling you he "leaked" out all of his sperm during the day so there is no need for a condom or what have you. his trying to pull a fast one on you. its a lie.

Thats a good try on his part. I believe the answer is NO. It actually builds more than anything as your body creates more testoserone.

No, we do not leak. he is trying to pull your legs. Men wil lose sperm during intercourse or if he masturbate.
