Yes
Firstly, it is possible to contract STDs and HIV through this. It's not becaue of the ****. It's been proven that feces have a low viral load in terms of HIV. The bodily fluids that put you at risk the most are breast milk, blood, vaginal fluid and semen. Theere are two fluids involved in anl sex: blood and semen. The blood comes from tearing of the anal tissue. Anal sex stretches out the anus, thus kind of creating small tears, and therefore creating smalll wounds. Also, an unprotected male who ejaculates is making everything worse, as blood and semen are in the mix. Wear a condom and make sure to lube up. Also, do you really want **** on your dick?
FYI: You dont contract AIDS from sex, you contract HIV. HIV is the primary infection, whereas AIDS is a SYNDROME, not a disease. AIDS is just the result of a prolonged HIV inffection, basically what happens after your immune system is gone. This allows opportunistic inffections to come in, meaning stuff your body would normally fight and kill is able to get in now.

I would suggest using a condom during anal sex. It can be rather messy, but with a condom and lubricant, it can be easier on the receiver. And the fact you can get STD's when not using them, I would suggest EVERY time!!

You don't -have- to, but it's generally reccomended since unprotected anal sex is considered the riskiest form of sex when it comes to the transmission of STIs.
Plus, some guys don't like peanut butter on their bread stick if you know what I'm saying.

I think you'd be at risk for getting a really bad infection with E. Coli if you didn't. There are a lot of bacteria that you would be exposing yourself to and you could get an infection of the urethra or bladder. At least that is my guess. I could be wrong.

Of course you have to use condom to prevent STD (Sexual Transmitted Disease) although it's not 100% safe from AIDS to use condom but it can prevent you for most of the diseases.
