I read this in a magazine a few days ago with an financial consultant answering it. Her answer was "Stay at home!" The best thing you can do is pay off your loans first, because you will have alot less to work with once you move out (moneywise). Just work it out with your parents that you should have the freedom of living on your own (to a point) and give them some rent and food money. Believe me, it will be much easier that way!

Tough it out with the parents, you could do worse, with a rotten roommate or something. Plus, you're getting older and need to think about creating some stability in your life in case you find your mate, and want to set up a good scenario for a family. It's also unlikely that the opportunity to move back in with the parents will present itself again once you are gone.

A word of advice: if you do decide to stay home with the parents, make yourself invaluable around the house. Mow the lawn, do laundry, scrub floors, cook, whatever you can, so that the parents are glad to have you around, and are also not pushing for you to go before your own plan to leave.

I'm sure a logical person would tell you to stay, but I think you'd be better off moving out. So you pay a bit longer, but in the long run you'll be happier. Living at home really screws up your personal life once you're an adult. If your parents are cool that's not too bad, but girls will look down at you.

If aint hurting you t(or your parents)to stay at your parents then stay. But in order for you to be happy you need to be comfortable so if you arent happy there then move out.But think of all the money you save by waiting.
