Yahoo officially doesnt support voice chat through proxy. So if it works, its great. Otherwise sorry.

In their own words "Users who connect to the Yahoo! Messenger servers through a firewall or proxy server will not be able use the Voice Chat feature"

If you are willing to experiment try the following:
Since voice chat requires UDP/TCP connection to the yahoo server, it uses in the range of 5000+ (check the exact figures in the link provided).

Make sure that you open up these ports in your firewall (if you have one)

And in the yahoo messenger settings, chose "Use Proxies"
