Comment on the most recent accomplishment related to your job description, if you are at a job interview..Remember to say it without exaggeration. If it is working under pressure, relate to your life experiences and how you have managed to come this far..If it is team work, relate to the best experience you have had so far while being part of a team.

And at the very least, tell them that you are looking for more such opportunities at your new job. That you don't like to rest on yesterday's accomplishments but love to strive for more..

Sure a degree is appropriate. Or tell them a place where you are an outlier. Say, I have travelled to all 50 states. I speak 3 languages. Or whatever makes you a cut above the rest.

I was a bad @ss muthafuck*ng schoolyard bully back in high school. My pituitary gland was overactive, had this growth spurt, so I was a freaking 6 foot 5, 350 pound Samoan defensive lineman in junior high. He-he, I used to pick on all the geeks & nerds back then. My philosophy was: if you can't intellectually beat them, physically beat them up. There's this one geek I used to pick on every single day. Couldn't stand his wimpy Kermit the frog voice and his smug chess club groupies. Damn Bobby Fisher wannabes. Everyday, I took his lunch money, kicked his @ss, kicked all his friends' @sses, abused them so bad, him and his buddies transferred to another school. He's now CEO of a multi-billion dollar software company and I'm a loser janitor for the same high school I went to. But nothing gives me greater satisfaction than being the only f*cker on Earth who can proudly say: "I flushed Bill Gate's face down a toilet bowl full of crap".

Seriously, how do you make your answer stand out? Just B.S. and name-drop, baby.
