He told me that " I love you,But i know it will be better if we stay as friend" But i love him so much and i don't know what to do. I scare i will not strong enough if he want to make love to me. All the time,can run away from him coz i love him and when i feel that he want me,i just can't run away.Coz i know that this is only thing that i can give to him.but i hate him and i hate myself too.I hate myself that not strong enough.I don't know what to do with myself to stop to love him?

If he told you that he only wants to be your friend, then accept this and move on. HE TOLD YOU.

He has already told you the answer -- he wants to be friends. So for your own sake -- LEAVE this one alone!!!! (and for goodness sake, do NOT make the mistake of sex with him either -- that would be a TOTAL MESS and could leave you with emotional damage for years and years).
