It's really according to your feelings for him. If you need the money and if you can keep work and him seperate, then yes i would go for it. If things start to heat up though and bad feelings of your past relationship get in the way of your working then i would quit because it would jeapordize any chance of moving on.

It depends on whether you both have a good relationship now as friends. If there wasn't one I would kindly say, "I'm glad you asked me, but I just think it's the kind of job for me...sorry." He wouldn't have to know if it was true or a lie, depending on the job, it could actually be true! But if there was a good relationship as friends, and I really needed the job I would say, "Sure, I'll see if it works out or not." Those are the only things that could happen (in my life really).

If you do not feel anything for him, just friendship feelings go for it but if you still feel something for him and you can't apart feelings and work, then don't take but if you can handle feelings and apart them from job then go for it.
