I know someone who is currently without a job and has been living with a friend for the time being. She only has about 600 dollars to her name at this time. She went ahead and put a down payment on a trailer that will cost her 400 a month plus utilities. She has no job in line and is getting 145 a week from unemployment which will stop in about 6 weeks. Do you think this is a smart decision, I don't, I think she should wait until she at least has a job. She won't even be able to get cable or a phone at her trailer cause she can't afford it. I really think she should wait a while.

I think she should have stayed with her friend for a bit longer. My husband and I would like to get our own place, but it takes money to live somewhere espeically if you don't have money or nothing. We are living on my parents property right now. My husband was hurt at work and I'm a student...so times are tough.

She probably should wait, but if she wants to, then let her learn from her own mistakes.
