Best advice is get a camera you can set up in a place that covers a large area but you need to place it close enough to get an idea who it is. In situations like this most the time it's somone you know. get the video and you can charge them if you can identify them.As much as you want to whip there *** don't if you do nine times out of ten you wont be able to convict and thats usually better than an a** kicking cause then you can file suit in smale claimes court to recover lost money for all past lose.Alarms are good if there breaking in but if it's a smash and run you probly won't get there in time to catch them especially if your in bed and besides 87% of people now days ignore a car alarm because they think it accidently goes off.......

Maybe after the first time, the guy who fixed your window is now the one breaking it. Perhaps he/she is in a bit of a business slump. No, seriously-get a surveillance camera. They can be bought really cheap. Hide it under some stuff on the front seat of your truck. Make sure that it is wireless, so that it can transmit back to a vcr. That way the ****** can't take the video tape evidence after he/she breaks your window. You could also try plexiglass and then stay up and watch out your truck. I guarantee that will be a barrel of laughs watching someone try to break that s***! After you are done laughing go out there and beat the bugger bloody, call the cops, and say they hurt themselves while trying to break your truck window. You'll find some way....

It may be possible to file a police report as a repeating incident. You never know, maybe you're not the only one this has happened to and the police are trying to find the responsible party. Gathering evidence by using a survillence camera and going to the police may also be a good idea. An alarm is only as good if someone responds to it. Hope the person gets caught.

If you don't want an alarm this is your last resort:
Camp out in your truck with a ferocious dog in case you need armor. So your sleeping in your truck with a Big Baseball bat and anything you can use that pretty wicked. When you hear
the perpetrator you pop your head out and you start swinging your bat over your head while you unleash your ferocious beast.
Now i think that's a plan!

Get the police involved this must be some sort of stalker or person with a personal issue with you. They could be dangerous.
Install a camera or start parking somewhere there already is a camera. Or in a garage.
Sorry that keeps happening.
Good Luck and be safe!

Install a camera and record the event. Catch the hoodlum and toss them in the brink. It will be worth the investment.

How about figuring out who you pissed off for starters ?
Park it in a garage.
Put in plexi glass (as long as its not the front windshield)
Video cam on your truck at night to find out who did it might help too.

get a surveilence camera, it can't be to much more expensive than haveing to replace a truck window more than a couple of times, and then when you catch the sob break his face a few times, or just press charges, whichever one suits you
