Does anybody know what company that will hire a 20 years-old man to train and start working in the Interstate truck driving?

You must be 21, have a clean MVR (driving record), no Felonies, and drug free.
Get you a job, unrelated to trucking for a few months and spend this time researching the industry and the demands of the job. Make sure this is what you want to do.
I'll give you a hint. The reality of the job has very little resemblances to the TV shows and the movies. It is filled with isolation, little personal life, erratic sleep, bad food, and terrible treatment by others.

Unfortunately, no one. Federal law requires that all interstate commercial motor operators be 21 years of age. He can certainly start reading for the tests and perhaps get a warehouse job to gain exposure to the industry, but he's going to have to wait until he turns 21.
Another avenue to consider is CDL school where he would be taught how to drive a semi and be able to take his exam after the birthday. Many of these schools offer placement programs for work after passing the road test, but they can be expensive... up to and over $4000 I hope this helps.

swift will take you even if you don't have a cdl license they have there own school.HDS is also a good starter company.and if you have no cdl license at all most cdl driving schools can get you a job and tuition reinbersment. GOOD LUCK and remember the only thing not delieveried by truck is babies.

not many will..but if you have provable expierience ..my husbands been driving semis since he was 16..and has proof..so he can get hired by any company he wants. right now hes working for certified frieght lines
