As a suffering Phils fan, I'd like to see Abreu and Burrell both get traded, whether it's to the AL, or even to the NL East -- I've had enough of both of them...In fact, anyone else the Phils can get value for (except for Utley, Howard, Hamels and maybe Myers) should be outta here...
No, I don't think A-Rod will, or should be, traded.
One of the contenders should land Soriano, but as a second baseman, outfielder or DH?

Soriano is going to on the White Sox.
Burrell and Abreu should be moved, but won't be.
AROD won't be traded until they have the winter meetings at the end of the season.

The Phillies wanted to trade Burrell to Baltimore, but he has a no-trade clause and says he'd only accept a trade to the Yankees or Red Sox.

bobby abreu is the only one on this list who should be traded. alfosno sorioano is amazing. sure hes not the best fielder but he can play two positions and has the potential to be an mvp and alex rodriguez is one of the best all time. any team would be stupid to get rid of him. and if it is because of the money thats a lie because steinbriner is loaded

Sean Casey back to the Reds for the GM's sake. He's getting a lot of flak for having traded away two everyday players (Austin Kearns and Felipe Lopez) for two ok middle relievers. The Reds still need help at first base and Casey was a fan favorite in Cincy. Bringing him back would get the fans off the GM's back and also help the team offensively.

horrible outfielders?...have you ever watched baseball before...abreu is a very good defensive outfielder...one error all year...not to shabby if you ask me...hes also a .302 career hitter but of course philly fans wouldnt like him...they threw batteries at jd drew, booed when donovan mcnabb was drafted, and i think i recall and incident of booing santa claus...as for trading bobby, we will take him here in st louis...where im sure hed rather be anyways

i think of the commerce favors the Giants way greater advantageous than the Cubs. Aaron Rowand's settlement is nicely worth 12 million and that i don't think of the Cubs wanna carry that burden if all they get is "late protection" from him. i might like this commerce to pass by. yet i don't see the Cubs agreeing to it. They truthfully supply up a good hitter for 2 fairly inconsistent hitters, and a fat settlement.

i think arod should stay exactly were he is,do you notice once a player leaves the yankees, they do great,so fans need to help arods transition here better, and get off his back.and i wish that they would bring back soriano, they should have never traded him in the first place.and if they trade arod they are idiots.
