Alright here's the deal, pregnancy has a lot to do with ovulation. Ovulation is when the egg leaves the fullopian tubes and makes its way down to the uterus. The egg can possibly be fertilized at any point. (Although it is rare that it would be fertilized in the fallopian tubes, and that's another story) Alright, so after you have your period, it usually, USUALLY takes about three days till you start ovulating again, starting the whole process over. But the amount of time is different for everyone. So let's say your friend had unprotected sex within that time limit, she might be safe, then she had (bearly? what does that mean, the condom broke? the pulled out method?) unprotected sex again during her period. It is not uncommon to become pregnant if you have sex while on your period. A lot of people out there have this idea that its impossible because you are on your period, but actually no one really knows when during your period the egg is actually dispelled from the uterus. So my suggestion is if your friend thinks she's pregnant, even if she doesn't have any signs (sore breasts, sick to her stomach, extereme exhaustion, etc.) she should have a pregnancy test just to calm her down. Then she should have her partner, friend, or parent take her to planned parenthood and talk to someone about her lifestyle. I am not going to judge or say what she should or shouldn't do, but she should take care of her body and there are a lot of options.

If your friend had unprotected sex 4 weeks ago then she probably is not pregnant now. I tried having sex all times of the month to have my baby and it turns out that I got pregnant about 2 weeks after my period. I found out from more than one source that you are most fertile around this time. It still is a possibility that she may be because it depends on the woman. This coming from a pregnant woman, if she is concerned about it, she needs to take a home pregnancy test to find out because the sooner she finds out, the better. Prenatal care is very important for both the baby and the mother. As for having unprotected sex, be a little more careful. At least use a condom or go to your local healthcare clinic and ask for birth control. If she's not ready for a baby now, then she needs to at least be more careful with sex.

Even if she were to take a pregnancy kit, the signs of pregnancy still would not show yet. That's the tricky thing about pregnancy. In order to take a test and actually be worth your money, she's going to have to wait until her next ovulation period. Which sucks.
Just get her to a clinic, explain the situation, see if she can take a blood test - which is the ONLY test that can 100% tell you if she is pregnant or is not pregnant and get her the help she needs to take the next steps.
And why is she having unprotected sex? Sex can kill. Its called AIDS. Have her take an STD tests along with the pregnancy one.

She could be pregnant. Many women get their first or second periods when they are in fact pregnant. She needs to get a home pregnancy test from the drugstore and find out if she is. She also may want to go to Planned Parenthood and get some type of birth control, like condomns or the pill, etc. They offer this service anonymously and it is very affordable or free. Good Luck!!

I have a 2 year old daughter, and while I was pregnant I had my period during the first trimester. (The first trimester of pregnancy is week 1 through week 12, or about 3 months.) "During the first trimester, growth and development in mother and fetus cause many changes to occur. A woman may notice:
no period or a light period".

If she has her monthly now, she is more than likely not pregnant. She needs to do herself a favor and STOP having sex!! That is something that should be saved for marriage. There is more than pregnancy to worry about, there is STD's too. Why take the chance of having sex if you do not want the responsiblities that come along with it. She needs to think about her parents too, and the baby that could come along. 15 is way to young to be having sex anyway.

I learn Natural Childbirth the Bradley Way. It even comprises the physical activities you have got to train. I additionally learn The Brewer Medical Diet for Normal and High-Risk Pregnancy. I adopted the Brewer vitamin whilst I was once pregnant. I used the Bradley procedure with all 4 of my births. I additionally learn Husband Coached Childbirth, however that guide does no longer include what you have got to train to get competent for delivery.

Yes she could still be pregnant but its a very small chance. I had a period during my pregnancy. Wait till her periods over and take a test. If its negative and she's still worried wait a few more weeks and do it again.

well first off, having any kind of unprotected sex is bad unless you WANT a kid....and yes you CAN get pregant during your period so I would say that she is not out of the clear. I hope that whether this is a "friend" or if it is you, that the worst doesn't happen (get pregant.)
