Well I can only give you my side of the story, but here goes.
If a Girl gave me Her number, chances are I lost it, if it was scribbled on a piece of paper or I spent it if it was scribbled on a dollar Bill.
If Women carried business cards they might get a better call back rate.
The other is 2nd thoughts, what might have seemed a good idea in a drunken state may not seem such a good idea in the sober light of day.
There is also the "I Forgot" syndrome, many times I have found a scrap of paper in my wallet with a phone number scribbled on it but no name and I wonder "Where did I get this" and throw it away.
Give out business cards ladies and watch your calls start coming in.

It is a nuance: "I'll call you later on". This is a very bad habit most men develop as a silence crutch or conversation filler at the end of a conversation. Most of them do not mean any harm and think nothing more of it. However, to most females, it is the single most annoying habit any human being can demonstrate toward another. MEN: STOP DOING THIS !!!. JUST SAY :GOODBYE, NOW. It is deceptive to most women because most females are hopeful to hear from the men they can talk to and frequently, take men at their word.

I guarantee when a guy is hot for a girl, by God he's going to do what he says he's going to do. So, in conclusion, if he doesn't call back when he says he will then he's not THAT into the girl. Either that, or he has severe ADD. ;)

that's like applying a job in a company they tell you to wait a call meaning you're not hired, in other words guys rather tell a lie than hurting you face to face, saying i don't wanna hang out w/you. That is their proper way of saying excuse me, may i pass, he he he learn how to read guys mind sometimes coz guys are tricky so tricky!

do you want them like BF/GF or just friends but just dont worry you will find you self a great guy who will call you 10 times a day just to say hi and to say he was thinking about ya!

because they want you to wonder, to think about them, to ask questions on yahoo! and it worked. Its a technique that guys do to make the woman they want, want them more. Its commonly practiced with alot of guys i know, but of course only the first couple of times, cause when your dating for more than 2 weeks and pull that crap, its obvious that you forgot.
