maybe movin to mn, please help!?

Does anybody know how the Minnesota Real Estate market is? Is there a lot of rental houses there?

Plenty, just do the search. Here is a good place to look... Minneapolis and ST. Paul classifieds. www.startribune.com or do a search for the newspaper of whatever town your going to. Outside of the cities is much lower than in the suburbs or city.
