why didnt you ask the person you got the marriage license from? go back and ask them.

In most states it is about 30 days.

i m actually an ordained minister and in my state along with most once you get your marriage license, you have one year to the day to turn it in.

In Oregon, it is 3 days to wait to use it, unless you apply for one to use immedi8ately, which does cost extra. And it's good for 3 months. I don't know what it is for other states and counties, tho.

I believe the license is good for three months, don't quote me though
