Does anybody know the title of a song where the lyrics go "what do you need what do you love (i think) when it comes undone" and in the music video it has a girl in chains upside down in a water tank. While the male singer is on a stool beside her singing?

edit: It isn't by the Cocteau Twins. I am avid fans of *both* bands, and was a junior in HS when "Come Undone" was released.
