It does work

im not gonna lie .. it didnt give me 100% results, but compared to how my acne USED to be ... Proactiv has saved my life...

i still get the occasional break outs so I use Clearasil as well and I bought another sulfur mask from a different company it seems to be working in combination with the proactiv

so my answer is ... yes it works for me .. just not like they say on tv

I've been using Pro Active since December of last year and it still works for me. The first 3 weeks i saw results; now keep in mind everyone skin is different and it may not work for you or someone else. It's definitely cleared my skin up and i get 1or2 zits but not as much as before. It didn't leave my skin dry or give me a rash; although i do have sensitive skin but this really works for me. I use it everyday and will continue to do so.

Before proactive; i used Neutrogena, Biore, Oxy, Clearasil and those didn't work. My fiance order it for me as a Christmas gift and I'm grateful that he did because he knew how embarrassed i was with my face full of acne. I hope this helps you out.

This works trust me! I used to have acne pretty bad. If ProActive doesnt work than your problem will probably be solved by taking a tablespoon of Metamucil every night mixed in a full glass of water. You can use other brands of Psyllium Husk Bulking fiber and it even comes in capsule form. Most people freak out and wont do it because they think "gross! laxitive" But it wont give you diarrea. Its not bad for you and will make you feel 100% better in every way.

I used to get horrible zits and felt generally icky all the time. I found out that My body was producing acne not because my skin was dirty, but because my insides were toxic from all the garbage built up in my colon from not eating enough fiber. Think about it: If you left a piece of meat on your table in 98.6 degree heat for 3 or four days what would it smell like? You would have a nasty pile of steaming toxic meat. So when it sits in your colon for a couple days before you can excreate it where do you think that toxic stuff goes? It works its way out through your skin. When you add bulking fiber to your routine it helps get rid of that stuff faster and gets your body into a better digestive routine. Its hard to get all the fiber that you need . So- I tried fiber supplements about 3 years ago and stuck with it ever since. My skin is TONS better. I still get the occasional zit around my period, but I cant belive how well this works and why not too many people try this. Everyone asks me what I was using because the difference is SO noticeable. It sounds like you really want to get rid of this problem so try it!

I have never try-ed the proactive...but, I have used clinique skin products for 30 years, at first for oily ,pimple problem's.
As a teenager your hormones are all out of wack, and then as you age the skin continues to change. The 3-step skin care has always worked for me.
I even went to work for the company last year, I have helped so many people with their skin care needs , I enjoy it !!
If you go to a Macy's or Dillard's , Robinson's or other Dept. store that sells it you can go in for a free analysis and make over .
Call before you go in to see what store is in gift, if you spend $21.50 , you will get a free make-up bag filled with all sorts of samples and even a few full sized products. Some people switch around to see what they like better ( the Proactive or Clinique)
most always the favorite is the Clinique. It's a skin care made to order for your exact needs.
People always think that I am my Daughter's Sister, I think that is from taking care of my skin, with the Clinique..46 & love'n it !!!!

I haven't used Proactiv in yrs. Literally. I used in 3-4yrs ago when I was in M.S. I had acne so bad on my forehead. It was embarassing. I knew no guy in his right mind was going to look at me. I got Proactiv and it cleared my skin up completely. It really does work. For once I knew what I looked like under all the acne. (I swear I sound like the comercial) It worked though. It takes about a month, but trust it'll sneak by you so fast, that a one day you look in the mirror and realize that the acne has been gone for a while.

Pro Active varies for everyone. Unless it's irritating your skin or causing you to break out, stick with it. Never use Clinique facial soap, it's like sandpaper on your skin. I have oily skin in my T-zone and dry elsewhere. I tend to break out on my cheeks and near my lips. I use Clearasil face wash and Pro Active moisturizer, as well as the mask by them every so often. I also am taking an antibiotic for acne called "doxycycline" ...it works well. Good luck.

Proactive gave me a rash. Now, I have normal skin but a few years ago, I had oilier skin and a few break outs here and there. I'll tell you what did help me - Retin A. It takes a few weeks before it really starts working, but it does.

for me, my skin problem is very minor with a few small zits on the forehead. my skin type is combination. after using for a few days, i did notice the zits to be gone but oso on the same time, my skin got dryer around my chin and mouth area. ever since i've stopped using and changed to neutrogena.

It has actually helped me alot! It just is kinda pricey and you have to watch how much you use or else you will be forced to buy more really quickly. I have oily skin.
