Annoying computer problem. Help please!?

This hasn't happened before today, but when i go to any webpage, certain words will be in blue highlighted, and when i click on it it does a search of it or something. Anybody know how to fix this?

This is common on many websites. Usually if you hold your mouse over the double underlined word you will see a definition for it, or the advertising web site that you will be linked to, if you click on it.

Many free sites supplement the cost of running their site, by allowing this type of advertising.
