Establish trust fund for your family's security.
Establish trust fund for children's education.
Establish trust fund to help the needy.
Each of these should be structured to pay out the amount the fund increases in interest so the principle remains in tact and the funds will be available for posterity.

I'd put a bunch of it in savings for later. Then I'd pay off my medical bills and get my own house&land and a nice car. Nothing extravagant just something nice.
