Yes.
The federal government will do nothing but grow in power. And, if the liberal mindset wins in the long run, the great and all powerful Supreme Court will rule with near dictatorial powers (as long as it's populated with liberal - so called - judges). As it stands today, 5 out of 9 unelected, unaccountable people decide what the constitution says and liberal judges make no secret of their view that they can interpret it any way they damn well please - even using ideas and precedents set in other countries.

Listen guru,
Sometimes America goes through tough times
Sometimes America looks like it is going down the drain
Sometimes America looks like it has a bleak future in the coming years and for our children.
Sometimes it looks like every other person and country hates us.
Sometimes politicians fail us
Sometimes they fail us again and again
Sometimes people who are suppose to be perfect, don't maintain that standard.
Yes I admit, war is not fun,
young honorable men dying is not fun,
having a national debt is not fun,
lies are not fun,
Everything that is not fun is not fun
Now I don't know what or who you are referring to about going against the Constitution.
Wheather it be Judges, or Politicians, or the President.
IT DOES NOT MATTER
Sometimes the Constitution needs to be changed.
Slaves need to be free
and needed to vote
Women needed to vote
18 year olds needed to vote
The Costituion brought on Prohibition and then eliminated it.
Many things have been admitted, changed, repealed, and corrected in the Constition.
As the country progresses so must the Constitution.
What needs to remain is the effort of the people.

The best thing about America is that it always bounces back, Leaders come and go, but it comes down to what has been quoted before:

"Ask not what your country can do for you, but what you can do for your country."

You see Guru, no matter what people in power do, they can only be there for long, and if they try anything out of hand, I gaurentee you that they will hear from me. But it is also our obligations to make sure that we help out with new ideas that would make our country move forward. In other words don't be afraid of change. Part of the risk of change is that it might not be right, but just look at Prohibition.

To close I suggest you take a look at the FairTax, it will be a drastic change to the way we pay taxes now, but the question is will it be better? I believe it will be, but you need to check it out for yourself.

Revolutionary ideas are what makes America great, and if you don't remember anything else, at least remember that.

My opinion is that the reason we are going down hill is becasue of all the democrats that are against what the president thinks is best. If he thinks we should be fighting in Iraq then by golly we should be fighting in Iraq. Think about it we are bringing peace to people who have never really experienced it. The democrats are what bring down the US. They are always trashing what the president has to say unless the president is a democrat but i'm glad hes not becasue look at what happened when Clinton was in the house......

You nedd to thank your lucky stars that you live here in the USA! Don't you see the news and everything going on with Lebanon, Israel, and Iran? How would you like to live there getting bombed and terrorized on a daily basis for decades?! We are DAMN lucky that we are a country who doesn't put up with that **** and everyone knows it. Think about it, We have only been attacked on our own soil twice in the last century and when that happened, we took care of business. Thank your lucky stars that we live in a country free to do what we please. I think Americans have been mislead about what our country stands for and spoiled to the fact as to how good we actually have it. Go live in another country if you don't like it, I GUARANTEE YOU'LL BE BACK!

The adverage Joe does not care who makes his soup as long as he gets it. We preach across our dinner tables, to our own famlies, the plight of America, but we don't take it to the streets or to the polls. The real answer is to vote out every person who is a Democrat where he is a dog catcher or Senator. You kill a weed by distroying it's roots.

It has been a downward spiral since Bush stole the first election, when it becomes more important to get your person in office then to hold fair and honest elections it is just the beginning of the end.

Examples or sources?
The Constitution is a living document, by the way. You wouldn't be able to stand it in it's original form.
