and I would have to leave the country as well, if he were to be in the office for a third term he would just get us all killed, it would be nice though if that were a possiblity and Clinton ran again, good times would be around in no time

there have been rumors approximately that for the duration of invoice Clinton's 2d term. it extremely is all crap. After FDR served 4 words as President, Congress wrote the twenty 2d modification. This modification became surpassed by capacity of Congress on March 21, 1947; and ratified February 27, 1951. It states that no president could be elected to extra effective than 2 words of place of work. As component of the form, it extremely is going to take lots extra effective than an elementary regulation to override.

I hope so Clinton would be back ( I hope Hilary runs!) I think they should pass a law that the president has to take a IQ test and if he doest score high enough he cant be president. If we had that law Bush would have never been there in the first place.

Well, Pussycat, if you'd spent any time in school, you'd know that the number of terms a Pres can serve is limited by a Constitutional Amendment. President can't change that, it takes a whole lot of people in all political parties to agree to it.

I haven't got time to explain it to you. Maybe you can find a website were you can download it for free.

That same goofy rumor scared the stuffing out of naive republicans when it was applied to Bill Clinton.

And haven't all the liberals been saying they were going to move out of the country "if", and then if happens?

It takes a constitutional amendment. Rest assured, 3/4 of the states will not pass it.

Although I'm no fan of GWB's, that law couldn't be any worse than the one that the Governor of California is trying to get passed, allowing non-nativeborn citizens to run for president.
See Arnold Run.

Just remember that if he can run again so can Bill Clinton. Clinton would wipe Bush right off of the map, he would be returned to Texas where he can resume his rightful place as village idiot.

Not only will that never happen legally, Bush would never want to do it. Not even CNN would broadcast such obvious bullshit. I don't know what you're smoking, but if you didn't bring enough for everybody, put it away.
