the mascara is safe yes. As for the makeup remover.. as long as it doesnt actually touch the contact or the eyeball you are ok. other wise remove your lenses immediately before or after using makeup remover because it does have oils in it. Try using a Q-tip for more precision.

My friend wears contacts and she puts eyeliner on the bottom all the time....She's also used my Covergirls Lash Exact also and nothing has happened!

usually eye makeup removers will say if theyre contact lens safe or not. read the lable carefully to be sure. and most mascaras are contact lens safe now a days.
