if u need itunes u can download it from apple.com if you need the ipod software and stuff call apple and they will should send you a new disc just make sure u have ur iPods serial # its on the back of ur iPod

You dont need the disc if your ipod is set for disc use (external hard drive) or if you manually manage your songs. If you have it synchronized to your library just install itunes.

yup...you need the software program to plug your ipod in DONT PLUG IT IN WITHOUT THE SOFTWARE!!!!! it screws up your computer really badly! talk to apple about a new disc...

you mean the disk for itunes if so you can download it free on apple.com
