how can yahoo do not know what is going on at the rooms games and how they block the player to win or to play?

Yahoo dealers at games are blocking my for winning any games since a week and more now i trying to get away from yahoo games and this is my only enjoyment that i have also how they calculate the points most of the time are wrong and in their fever to which player they prefer. this is kind of human been harassment's Please stop your dealers and reply for my questions
