I am looking forward towards the 2006-2007 NHL Season and I predict that the Detroit Red Wings will win the Stanley Cup in 2007.

My local team starts earlier than the NHL season, but its a bloody long time for me to wait. Gimmie some hockey baby.

i can't wait to see how detroit copes with shanny leaving for the new york rangers and stevie y retiring. i ain't worried about detroit being too low in their division becuz the other teams in their division except nashville suck . that will be an interesting team to watch. i kinda wonder if they will play better or worse. i am not looking forward to seeing them sign a washed up old fogey for a goalie. i expect this season to be just as good and exciting for all thirty teams. i can't wait for the season becuz i went into labor on the first day of detroit's regular season last season and watched them win against the st loser blues. i love the nhl. hockey rules. go detroit.

I can't wait for the season to start. Montreal Canadiens are going to do good this year and hope they make it deep in the playoffs(probably win another cup). Or any Canadian team winning the cup is good enough for me. It's been a long time since a Canadian team won the cup(1993).

I for one, Lord Stanley! Once the Nux got Luongo--bring it on! Plus getting rid of Toad and Cloutier. The rest is window dressing...two cancers gone and a real goalie...finally.

I can't wait! It will be interesting to see all these new players on all the teams. There has been so many trades we'll need a scorecard to keep it straight as to who is where!

i hope NHL just shuts down for good and that will bring peace back to edmonton. we wont have to see anymore riots of 30 thousand people every time the stupid oilers win.
