The Wynn is fantastic. They have 100 different desserts. One is calle dthe floating island- it is like a lake of caramel sauce with a litte floating piece of cookie.
The Wynn has gourmet pizzas, Indian food, Sushi, kim Chee, Dim sum, has a paella in the spanish tradition, fesh mozzerlla cheese with cherub tomatoes--- if it is high end-- they have it.

My vote always coes back around to the cobblestones of Paris. I used to love the long rows of endless goodness found at the Rio, but quantity doesn't always mean that it's the best.
The food selection is remarkable at Paris and the quality is also higher. The servers replace the food items quickly and often providing freshly made products which is different from many other options on the Strip.
Give Paris a shot as it's certainly worth your time.

The buffet at the Rio is TOTALLY the best. There are different "stations" with different types of food. There is American, Italian, Sushi, and all types of other stuff. Plus there are tons of desserts!

If you want inexpensive go to Fremont Street. If you're looking for ambiance and a good buffet check out Mandalay Bay.
