No. He died on July 5th at his home in Aspen, Colorado. Lay, 64, was awaiting sentencing after being found guilty of conspiracy and fraud in the Enron trial in May.

It is said that he died from a massive heart attack. Happened about two weeks ago.

I'm sure all the affected families, (Enron losses), would love to actually see his body in a casket.

No, he is not. he passed away a few weeks ago, apparently from heart disease. he was on a skiing holiday with his family at the time.
