I am not sure about Louisiana, but in California the schools have a system called Independant Study. The student attends school for 1 hour 1 day a week. Usually the teacher gives you a test for each subject to see what grade level you are. Students work out of their books at home, library, wherever they choose. It is usally free. Or requires like $30.00 for the books. Hope this helps. Good luck.

just what you need to purchase books/paper and such and if your going to have a tutor i don't know how much they cost i think the average is 15 an hour?
