Are you looking to find other people or just somewhere to write your thoughts? If you're looking to find people you've been out of contact with, classmates.com might be a good one, but they do charge a fee. A couple of places to write your thoughts might be livejournal.com and opendiary.com. Personally I'd advise the opendiary.com website, as I find the community more friendly and the interface easier.
