You may be able to get a US job in the health-care field because there is a critical shortage of nursing and laboratory personnel and possibly other areas of health-care as well. I do not know about shortages for surgeons that do laparoscopy or endoscopy though. If you are qualified in any way that you can work in these other areas then you may be able to find an employer that will sponsor you. I have also heard that there is a shortage of family practice physicians in rural communities in the US. I do not know what the steps are or how you would even begin to find a sponsor, but in most hospitals the majority of health-care workers are 45-60 years old and fast approaching retirement - and not enough young people in this country want to go into the health-care field. Those that do are not able to find a school because there is also a shortage of nursing and medical technology schools and teachers. Many hospitals desire bilingual employees as well. Where I currently work, we do not have round the clock translators - which is a problem in my current community.
So - the short answer is I don't know.

Mexico is an Ok. position to reside. I suppose you must reside within the city materials of Mexico like mexico town. Now with regards to security it often isent the most secure I recognize. Theres alot of theft and such , however i assume it might occur for those who stand out like seem quite international from mexico. When it involves jobs im now not certain sorry. Water is risk-free to drink haha. The climate is HOT however is okay within the wintry weather, nevertheless it's not as humid like in the USA so it feels much less sticky and uncomfortable. It does now not snow lol... and for those who do make a decision to transport to town it is vitally very similar to every other town within the U.S, You have the identical luxuries. I could transfer there if i did not just like the warmness. I hate warmness however for those who might take warmness, move forward lol on the different solutions btw
