Were you disappointed in the second movie, Dead Man's Chest? If you were, will you still go see the 3rd movie?

I think it wasn't as good as it was talked up to be, however, I'm hopeful the third will be better. I didn't like how it just left you hanging.

well...
just came out of the movie 30 minutes before anyone else in the world (as it was released a day before America over here).
The movie is visually stunning - the CGI is top rate and you won't spend the whole film groaning about how fake things appear on the screen.
Acting was brilliant. Johnny Depp once again proves why he's the only man alive who can play the role of Cap. Jack Sparrow. There's a great number of returning characters from the first film - including a couple I was very happy to see again.
My only fault was perhaps that this film lack a certain 'heart' that the first film had, which I believe came because the first film was something very different, which of course this film couldn't contend with.
That aside, you will hardly notice it. There's a good plot, wonderful sets, great acting and plenty of laughs. One of the best films I've seen all year thus far - can't wait for the 3rd one!

I was disappointed that they left off where they did. I will go see the 3rd movie just to see what happens but the way they ended made the movie seem bad.

I thought it was good, the scenery and cinematography was awesome, Johnny Depp was wonderful as always, love the ecentric side that he brings to Jack Sparrow. It was fun and interesting, I'm def going to see the 3rd movie. Because honustily I want to know whats up with Orlando and Kiera's characters and if Jack is really dead, and if Tia (i think thats her name) was Davy Jones love that he lost because she seemed to know an awfull lot about it all. but it should be fun

man these people just dont get middle instalment films do they. thisis how middle movies are suposed to me leave u guessing for what will happen next and stuff. i think about 85% of the people who watched it liked it including me and for sure im gonna watch the next movie, also look at the earings of th emovie, its still makeing money, i mean its not like the people goign to the movies in the second week didnt see the reviwes or nything. .

i was not disappointed in the second pirates movie, but i wasn't expecting much either. i don't know if i will see the third in a theater, probably on dvd or something

It was an okay movie but i think that captin jack sparrow was more cowardly in this movie but i still will go see it and eveybody says that the third one is the best like star wars

IT WAS AWESOME!!!!!! ending kinda sucked (inless you like cliff hangers but wjat else can you expect from a middle movie?) but it was a great movie cant wate till may 25th 07 for potc3 such a great story sceen it 3 times going agine tomarrow!!!

Not as good as compared to the 1st ,but still i will definately go to see the 3rd part.
