Yes, you can still eat them. I once grew zucchini. There were times it was yellow, and there were times it was green, but big. Yes, I mean bigger than you'd ever see it in the market. If you ever want to try something new, and give yourself a rest from eating zucchini, try cooking the blossoms. Very tasty! Then you can go back to eating the zucchini some time.

Of course you can. In fact, if you want to get rid of it turning yellow, buy some zucchini plants that grow nothing but yellow zucchini (they have them). Then you don't have to worry about it turning yellow. It is perfectly fine to eat them.

There is a yellow summer squash that is same shape as zucc maybe some seeds got in your zucc.
