Go apply to a title office. If they need the help they will hire you, but they won't let you do anything too important, until you are able to demonstrate an aptitude for the business.

Experience is the first necessity. A good education will help you. If you just want to work in that area, I suggest just applying for a job, and sell your skills of being detail oriented, precise and organized.

If in the long term you want to own that kind of business, you might consider getting a law degree. Although, of course, not a necessity, it will give you an edge over your long-term competition.

If that is not an option for you, then getting as much experience in that area as you can is the key before opening your own business. Work for other people, let them teach you. Make your mistakes at someone elses expense until you get it down.

You have to know someone. You really don't need a degree for that.
