Danger Den, Zalman, Corsair, Koolance and many others make good liquid cooling systems. I'm planning on using Danger Den for my next system because this 110 degree weather is causing me problems and I like what I've read about them.

You could pick up a liquid cooling kit on ebay or newegg.com or something for around $100-200. There are also do it yourself guides for liquid cooling that cost signifigantly less. Just search for liquid cooling kit.
