Just translate Mr. Bush and Mrs. Rice's speech and you will see their point.
(Bush says that Israel has the right to defend itself) + (The fact that Israel was the one who started attacking the Lebanese land before Hezbollah captuted the soldiers) = Israel has the right to transgress all legl and humanitarrian limits.
( Rice says that these are the birth pains of a new Middle East) + (The fact that these pains are death of children and infants, death of civilians, destruction of bridges, destuction of air ports, destruction of sea ports, destruction of houses, destruction of TV and radio stations, lack of electricity, lack of safe water, lack of food, lack of drugs, striking ambulance vehicles and the most important of all, the grief filling the hearts of all Lebanese.) = It's ok if all these go to hell.

Ah, now let me see if I Understand you correctly, I mean it's obvious you have put a great deal of thought into your question, (sarcasm). You are mad at the President because he refuses to interfere in a war that is between two neighbors several thousands of miles away, Is that right? And you're calling a little over 300 casualties in Lebanon genocide, right? 300 is genocide? Hmmm. The Israelis are the bad guys, huh? The arabs are the good guys? You know, the ones who blow up Israeli babies in their nurseries, in the market places, on the buses, in their homes, in hospitols, just everywhere you find an Israeli baby there is some arab more than willing to commit jihad against that evil Jewish baby. Have I got it right so far? Let's see, Hezbollah. Those rascals that kidnapped and killed Israelis who were not bothering them. Oh yeah, they were the ones firing all those rockets into Israeli villages. Those characters, what will they think of next? Sorry chum, you need to get your facts straight before you go on a public forum and letting your imagination run wild. Think! Those Lebanese were aiding and abetting the murders of Innocent Israelis. Israel should not stop this time until ALL of the threat is permanently eliminated! And I hope for once the President has the good sence to continue supporting the strongest ally America has in this world. And to top it all off, you're criticizing the President for sending humanitarian aid to the Lebanese? I wonder how much aid the Lebs sent to us after their buddies blew up the Twin Towers? How much assistance did they send the gulf coast residents after Katrina? Hell, I wonder if they even sent any aid to their fellow muslims in Indonesia after the big Tsunami? I doubt that a one of them sent anything.

Was it allright to try to destroy Israel? Israel tried in every way possible to live peacefully with its neighbors. They are surrounded on all sides with countries that harbor terrorists. From the day Israel was established, the attacks began. The Israelis even bulldozed their own settlements and gave the land to the Arabs, but nothing short of the annihilation of Israel would satisfy them. The suicide bombers got on Israeli school buses and went into the market places. Missiles were aimed at resorts and cities and hundreds more were poised on the border. Israel even built a wall but it didn't keep the terrorists out. When 2 soldiers were kidnapped, Israel had enough. The did what the US should be doing; they went after the terrorist's headquarters and training grounds. These are the same terrorists that attacked us on 9/11 and have attacked Britain, India and other countries. Israel is the only ally of the US in the Middle East and the only democracy in the region. They have a right to defend themselves.

One Israel has an undeniable right to defend itself. Since the beginning of July over 1000 rockets have been fired into Israel from southern Lebanon. They should be blowing the living hell out of them and if any of you Bush hating liberals don't like it TOO DAMN BAD!!!! If your neighbor kept throwing explosives or coming into your yard and killing your family off slowly, and no one would help you stop it. YOU WOULD FIGHT BACK TOO!!!!
TWO Our country is the biggest source of humanitarian aid on the planet it is a purely liberal en devour you should get that right? Although it is Israel's right to do what they are doing there are still innocents dying in Lebanon, and we are helping them.
THREE when good Muslim people are tired of dying because they have hate-mongering religious psychopaths hiding behind them. Murdering in the name of whatever jihad they're fighting for this week they will rise up and kill the dirty bastards themselves. until then get off Israels back, and if you can't come up with an argument that you can win let alone even begin an argument with Stay off George Bush's case too

is the view better, up on that soap box?
TERRORISTS started the current crisis. they can end it too. but won't. they brag that women and kids are being killed, not the actual perpetrators of this travesty.do you have anything to say about the scum that created this mess? Bush is after a permanent fix, not the same crap the world has had to put up with for the last 60 years. how much cash in aid has that regional money-pit sucked out of the global economy in that time? civilization needs to recognize, if you are not a muslim to their standards, you are a target. that means that even an athiest needs to take a stand against the islamo-fascist nut bags over there.

Bush sending humanitarian aid to Lebanon, I must confess I've laughed when I read it in papers.
Sending, the same week, weapons to Israël and humanitarian aid to Lebanon must be called in medical words : split personality.
How to buy a clear conscience with money... and American people will be proud once more to be the Holy Help of the world.

I guess you don't watch CNN can't you see that both sides are wrong and that both sides are killing. Do you not think babies in Israel are being blown up or are you one sided. And I don't think Bush should send any humanitarian aid to any one and let them just blow each other up over there Oh ya and the US doesn't really need there oil because you forgot that we Canadians have oil here to and we would be glad to sell it and make our dollar go up more.

The true Bush is the G8 meeting dolt who mouthed, open mouthed ? that someone was going to get the sh*t bombed out of them. Of course Israel is armed with high tech bunker busters and the latest in automatic weapons...they get them from us. It's such hyopcrisy to send Condiweezy to Lebanon.
Lies and lies, red herrings and distractions, spins on everything. I wish his programers would write him some truth scripts.
