Why? first cause Go didnt magically create them one day.
Secondly, because thats how evolution works.
Some bird, very closely related to a chicken laid an egg. The embrio within the eg contained a genetic mutation that made it slightly different than the parent, and it was the first chicken.
So, the egg came first, cause that is where the mutation that created chickens took place.
