Haha I think you're right. Remember the time where Homer stuck a crayon up his nose? Well it got stuck up in his brain for some odd reason and he's been a bit retarded. Bart? Uh..I would say he's more of a bad azz

Homer is the "stereotypical American" (ex: overweight, inept, intolerant, low-rate job, etc) and Bart is a underachiever who sometimes tries too hard to fit in with the wrong crowd.
