This just proves that liberals would be first to sell-out America to the cheapest. "Anything for peace and low gas prices"...Now get out your prayer rug and bow to Mecca! Oh for 79cent/gal gas that they pay for in Arabia, right libs?

What do you liberals think about this "Holy War" on Ethiopia by Islamofascists? What did Ethiopia do? Should we blame Ethiopia first like you blame America first?

We are going after them. Iraq is a terrorist hotbed even when Saddam was in power - He funded suicide bombers and had a non-agression pact with Al Queda. Why do you liberals delude yourselves to believe Saddam had no terror ties?

Also, oil sells on the world market, it doesn't just sell in your little local area.

The democrats nor the republicans can do anything about the gas prices. They are controlled by supply and demand. Anyone in this country that tells they can lower them is a liar. The only way they can lower then is to take away the tax revenue, and that is not going to happen. Way too many social programs to pay for.

You Idiot!
Last time i checked, b.p.oil was not owned by Islamofacist. major oil companies will report their quarterly profits next week, they're once again expected to post record numbers. the past three years have produced one of the biggest cash gushers in the oil industry’s history. They have so much profit, it’s almost an embarrassment of riches. They don’t know what to do with it. ExxonMobil, for example, is virtually debt-free -– with a cash pile of more than $25 billion. And I am happy with the stock that I own in these companies --even though I am not particularly happy with some of thier ethics.

And if you really want to get away from Islamofacist as you call it, then ask your president to repeal the tax benefits he has given to the oil co's. to develop alternative fuel. I suggest we give it to Brazil (the fifth largest country in the world is practically free of imported oil) to show us how they did it!!!...

So let me suggest that if you dont want Arab oil in your tank, I suggest you buy from Citgo. it is a U.S. refining and marketing firm that is a wholly owned subsidiary of Venezuela's state-owned oil company. Money you pay to Citgo goes primarily to Venezuela -- not Saudi Arabia or the Middle East. There are 14,000 Citgo gas stations in the US.
Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez, came to the U.S. last year and visited with low income residents and discounted oil that helped 45,000 families in Massachusetts and thousands more across the nation stretch their fuel dollars over last winter, while Bush cut funding,to give Paris Hilton a tax break.

And have you noticed evertime Bush opens his mouth, and says something stupid! (which is most of the time) gas prices rise???. Think I don't know what i'm talkin about, just pay attention.

By the way, we import most of our oil from Canada and Mexico anyway.

Now if there is anything else i can set you straight on, just let me know.
I'd be more than happy to spare a few moments giving you the facts. because "the spin" stops HERE!!!!

p.s. I hope you are doing your part and helping out by riding a bike, bus or walking to help defeat big oil----oh i mean terrorist, the Islamofascism kind.
Peace~

I think you have a problem.

Oil is at $79.00 a barrel. We get 2/3 of our oil from Canada and Mexico and only 1/3 from the middle east. I don't know how you can justify the price, I sure can't, especially since oil companies were the largest profit makers last year!

If they threatened us, why didn't we go after THEM rather than Iraq?????

And it doesn't appear Bush cares either!!

"So I don't know where he is. You know, I just don't spend that much time on him... We haven't heard much from him. And I wouldn't necessarily say he's at the center of any command structure. And, again, I don't know where he is. I- I'll repeat what I said. I truly am not that concerned about him."
—Bush, answering a question about Osama bin Laden at a March 13, 2002 news conference.
