Not unless you're a Hindu-Nazi.
The Kalki is someone who destroys darkness / ignorance etc. Hitler didn't do ANY of that... in fact he promoted it! The Kalki is supposed to be enlightened... Here, just check out wikipedia. Kalki comes after things get REALLY bad... They've gone downhill since WWII, So, I think not.
