i have had 2 friends (boyfriend and grilfriend) come use our extra room so they can screw and do whatever they want in there. *my hubby and i wanted to save them motel money). every weekend, when they took a shower, they left it dirty and i had to clean it. then i found out condom filled with sperm that i had to throw out. and they kept our room that they stayedin the whole time with clothes thrown all over the floor. my hubant doesn't want them over anymore. of course i don't either. how should we tell them? we don't want to have to lie or make excuses either. and my husbant WANTS ME TO TELL THEM THAT I HAD TO CLEAN THE BATH TUB AFTER THEM AND THAT I HAD TO STEP OVER THEIR CLOTHES THAT WERE THROWN ON THE FLOOR. do you think i should tell them that or not?

LOL - I would probably just blame it on my husband, when telling them they can't come over any more.

It would depend upon how close these friends are though. If they are good friends, maybe you should tell them the truth - so they don't do it to more people. That was quite rude of them - and they should be made to know better.

'm putting myself in the shoes of your friends... although i would never "use" your house for such a reason! And I certainly wouldn't leave a disgusting mess.... but for sake of arguement, let me put myself in your friends shoes - if you came to me and said "I clean after your dirty shower and had to pick up a used condom" I would be embarassed of course, but more importantly I would feel uncomfortable ever coming around you again.... thus a ruined friendship.

However, it's YOUR house and I'm on the recieving end of a favor - so I don't need "excuses" - simply tell me the room will need to be kept free for personal reasons from now on and I wont be able to use it...

I might be curious and I might pressure you for more details - but you're under no obligation to tell me spit - and i'll get over it

i would just be honest.. the way you expressed it here. my husband and i tried to help you guys out by offering our extra room..but we are disappointed that you did not feel the need to clean up after yourselves. so unfortunately you will have to make other arrangements from now on..at a hotel or elsewhere. dont be scared..these people took advantage..and took kindness for weakness. shame on them. you tried to be good people

You're the one that had to experience it. Your husband should pull the dude aside and explain the situation. Tell them that the welcome is worn out, cuz he can't have his wife cleaning up other men's condoms. What a pig!!

p.s. - I wouldn't date a guy who used his friends extra room to "save hotel money" -- already sounds like a loser to me!

Tell them you and your husband do not like to find their used condoms around and do not like having to clean things after they use them. Ask them to dispose of condoms properly (flushing them down the toilet) and to try not to dirty things and clean them if they do. And if they don't follow those requests they'll have to find someplace else.

i think you should say something like this:
" since you think that my house is a hotel and cant clean up after yourselfs my husband and i have desided that you are no longer welcome to have sex in our house. " and dont give if they offer to "be better next time" chances are they wont be any better.

if its a close friend, then you should be able to be straight up with them. just be honest. they should understand.
