Iam restoring a 1979 bronco and looking for doors. There are 3 ( lmc truck, jeffs graveyard, & jc whitney) places i found them all are within about $25.00 which is not bad. Its the shipping that is the money saver but i know people who got repair panels from jc whitney and there like a tin can ( very thin gauge). I was wondering if anyone got a complete pannel, or doors if they come a heavier gauge?

You need to watch out for that. Some places that offer the cheapest price are just that, cheap quality. It would serve you best to get your parts from a place that deals in that modle and make. NPD may have Truck and Bronco parts. I know that Hemmings Motor News has Truck parts dealers in their classified section. The parts suppliers should list the gauge that their parts are made of. If not you need to ask them!!!

I've found some of their Jeep stuff to be pretty low quality, - doesn't really matter on a jeep. But if you want to keep the vehicle and show it off any, I would source out some better quality stuff. JC Whitney stuff usually made from worn out dies and tolerances are very loose. Even the steel is cheap (I swear you can smell bad steel). If it's for the bush or fun only, go with the cheap stuff.
