try changing the position of your legs - there are lots of different ways you can be on top - without hurting your legs - regardless of how in shape or out of shape your legs are or how wide he is.
Use your hip movement more without relying on your legs. Try it with one knee on the bed and one foot. Try leaning backwards more. Practice different positions - and you'll soon find one that not only feels wonderful, but that you can do for a long time without the leg pain.

Been there. I understand, and solved the problem.
Your problem is likely the same as mine. Weak thigh muscles.
You can strengthen and lengthen your thigh muscles, and also your calf muscles with one tool... your kitchen chair.
S L O W L Y sit and stand, sit and stand
AT LEAST 50 times a day for two weeks to a month....maybe even longer if you are overweight...but it will feel good after the first few days.
Start with 10 first day, then gradually increase to doing the full 50 by the 5th day, and thereafter.
You'll BOTH appreciate the results.

Start doing some squats honey. The only thing that will help you is doing exercises that strengthen your legs. Try the StairMaster or a bike too. Or maybe he should get his lazy butt on top to give you a break!

It only hurts because the muscles in you legs are tight. Start stretching and you won't be in so much pain and after you've stretch for a while it won't hurt at all! Yoga is very good for sexual positions!!!!!

You can do squats, but personally I can't do those! I just sit down, with my heels to my butt and on my tippy toes to the floor..kinda squatting..(think of the position you're at when you're straddling him, recreate that) and lift yourself like as if you were riding him, only using your thigh/leg muscles..and just keep doing that over and over. It's like you're doing the motions but he's not there with you. Do as many as you can handle each day and work your way up. BELIEVE me, it helps! I used to hurt sooo bad when I straddled my b/f

stretch ur leg muscles a little better. work with it. do it more. they will stretch, they wont hurt as much. or if u dont really want to do it that much get up in the morning or whenever u have time and stretch ur legs out. do a little exercise.

Keep "sexercising" and see your orthopedist to find out why your legs are hurting with exercise. Try another position if it gets too painful.
