Jeff Gordon. The facts are he has won more races, and championships. He has more top 5, and top 10 finishes. He also owns the very successful Lowes Car (team also), driven by another awesome driver, Jimmy Johnson. Dale Jr really hasn't done much these past few seasons. He lacks the luster of his father.

If I had to choose between the two it would be Jeff Gordon. Dale Jr. really isn't that good of a driver and is where he is today because of his Dad.

Jeff, he has time and again proven himself one of the best nascar drivers of all time. He's only one race away from tying Dale Sr's number of wins. He's a 4 time champion. What has Jr done with his time in the sport?

Given the choice of only those 2 drivers I would have to say Dale Jr, Stewart is a jack ***.
However none of those 2 are my favorite drivers.

jeff gordon. hesonly 1 race away from earnharts' score, and jeff is soo much younger than him that it proves jeff is even better than The Legend! if it wasnt for dale sr's death, i think jr wouldnt be so liked....plus, jrs had advantages. so, GO 24!
