Two places.
#1) Best Buy- They have good quality items. But they usually arent the "Best Buy" out there.(price wise)
#2) CompUSA- I would go here in a heart beat. Great service and knowlegable staff wanting to help. PLUS, they have good deals if you go at the right time.
